Joe Carbone - Head Coach

Joe will be entering his fourth season as Head Coach, and fifth on the coaching staff, of Seton Hall Club Hockey. Joe is from Old Bridge, NJ. He grew up playing travel hockey for the Old Bridge Jr. Knights and Red Bank Generals, as well as high school hockey for Christian Brothers Academy. A Seton Hall alum, Joe was a goaltender on the team from 2017 to 2020. Immediately upon graduation, Joe joined the coaching staff and has helped lead the Pirates to four consecutive playoff appearances. He currently holds a head coaching record of 28-23-1.

 

Cam Toussaint - Assistant Coach

A Coventry, RI native and fellow Seton Hall grad, Cam will be entering his second season as Assistant Coach. Cam played hockey for Seton Hall from 2019-2023, during which he amassed 82 points as a defenseman. He finished second all-time in goals in Seton Hall club hockey history, as well as third all-time in assists. Despite his offensive prowess, Cam also brings his defensive expertise to the coaching staff, as he oversees the defensemen and brings their skating, puck skills, and awareness to the next level.

 

Jim Griffin - Assistant Coach

Jim will also be entering his second season as Assistant Coach. From Mt. Sinai, NY, Jim attended Seton Hall Law from 2021-2023. During his time on the hockey team, Jim played a pivotal role as first-line center and bumper on the top power play unit. He holds the Seton Hall Hockey record for all-time points per game (2.32) and for points in a season (43). Jim oversees the forwards, where he passes on his offensive knowledge and leadership.
